Join us for my 5* rated hypnobirthing & birth prep course , at Evolve Injury Clinic in Long Eaton. This is a comprehensive deep dive into birth physiology, the hormones of birth, birth partner support, navigating the maternity system and everything else you need to know to prepare for a positive birth experience. Dates: September 15th, 22nd, 29th and Oct 6th, 10am - 1pm. If you can't make all the dates there is an option to receive a recording or join remotely. Please bring your birth partner as there is SO much they can learn to support you through this amazing process! Payment plans are also available.
