Birth, Unpacked 1:1 offers the same comprehensive antenatal education as my group courses, but in a completely personalised format. Delivered in the comfort of your own home, these sessions are shaped around your individual circumstances, questions and priorities. Whether you're preparing for your first baby, planning a home birth, navigating an induction, preparing for a caesarean birth, exploring VBAC/HBAC, or simply wanting more time and space to explore your options, we'll focus on the topics that matter most to you. Combining evidence-based information, hypnobirthing tools, honest discussion and real-life birth experience, One-to-one Birth, Unpacked is designed to help you make sense of your options and approach birth and postpartum feeling informed, prepared and supported.
