Antenatal

3 x antenatal visits

Assistance with your birth & postnatal plans

Going with you to appointments if you choose

Ongoing support via whatsapp & phone

Option to take my group Hypnobirthing Course for an extra £100 (RRP£250)

Access to my members area of positive birth resources, info & mp3s

Birth

On call from 38 weeks until baby is born

I will join you wherever you birth take place

Option for birth pool hire

Support for you and your partner if you have one

Set up environment in line with you preferences

Postnatal

X2 postnatal visits which can include:

Debriefing your birth experience, a listening ear, basic feeding and newborn support & information, home cooked meals to your specifications, light housework, wearing the baby while you rest, playing with older children or pets!

Price: £950 without group Hypnobirthing course, or £1050 with it (RRP for the course is £250)

£150 deposit is required on booking and we figure out a payment plan that suits you to take care of the remaining balance.

Antenatal

3 meetings over zoom, this can include my birthing essentials course which covers the basics of hypnobirthing and birth prep, then we can dive deeper together into any parts that relate to you specifically

Ongoing support via whatsapp and phone – During your pregnancy I can support you on whatsapp if anything comes up for you, if you just need a listening ear or signposting you to useful resources. (During pregnancy this is limited to between 7am and 7pm)

Birth

On call to be available over the phone during your birth from 38 weeks where I can support and reassure you and your birth team from afar.

Postnatal

2 postnatal meeting over zoom, this can include: Debriefing your birth experience, a listening ear, basic feeding and newborn support & information

Price - £650

£100 deposit is required on booking and we can sort a payment plan to suit your needs for the remainder of the balance

If you are an existing birth doula client and you want to add onto your postnatal support you can do so for £30ph. Or a block of three two hour sessions for £170

If you are not an existing client you can book me just as a postnatal support, but this will require one antenatal visit so we can meet and discuss your needs. Pricing £60 for initial home visit, then £30ph once baby has arrived, or block of three two hour sessions for £170

Postnatal support can include:

A non-judgemental listening ear
Basic feeding support (breast or bottle)
Nourishing meals and snacks cooked to your preferences/requirements
Light housework (e.g doing dishes, laundry, tidying etc
Playing with older siblings or pets!
And if you request it, I can wear your baby in one of my slings while you nap/shower/have some time to yourself.

I am also totally open to you building your own package! If you feel as though you need more or less antenatal or postnatal support, no support for your birth but still the before and after bits, or anything in between....we can build you a package that fits your needs and your budget.
