Hi there! I am Amy  and I have supported dozens of local families to prepare for a positive and powerful birth experience.

Twelve Moons offers balanced, evidence based and relaxed group  Antenatal & Hypnobirthing classes in Long Eaton, which is within a 25 minute drive of lovely Ruddington.  We meet Sunday mornings for a chat, a laugh and some good solid antenatal education! 

Our group course takes place in the lovely studio at Evolve Injury clinic and private courses can be taken online or in person.
