Service Description

A three hour, online, interactive birth prep course specifically made for those who have already given birth (vaginally or via caesarean) Over 2 sessions we will be covering: -Mindset around your upcoming birth -Birth physiology and the stress response system -How to support your birth hormones -Breathing & relaxation -Making birth plans -Birth partner role -Birth rights, choices & advocacy -Monitoring & VE’s -Postnatal planning around family life This will be great for you if you had positive experience last time and want the same again, if you want a healing birth after a previous difficult experience or if you just need a bit of a positive birth refresher. It will give you the time and space to reflect on this pregnancy and birth (which is so tricky to find when you already have a little one/s around!) and prepare for a confident and positive birth.
