Victoria Louise is a pre and postnatal yoga teacher, specialising in pelvic health and creates a nurturing, relaxed space for you to stretch, unwind, relax and bond with other pregnant folk. No previous yoga (or exercise!) experience necessary. Suitable from 14 weeks up until birth...see you there!
