Service Description

Come along to stretch, strengthen, relax and bond with other new Mums to be in this lovely calming venue. No previous yoga (or exercise!) experience required. This is a 6 week block of classes but with a two weeks gap (on the 2nd & 9th May) while I'm on my holibobs! Suitable from 14 weeks up until birth, see you there!
