Service Description

Come along to stretch, strengthen, relax and bond with other new Mums to be in this lovely calming venue. No previous yoga (or exercise!) experience necessary. 6 week block with a week off for the 6th May Bank holiday. Suitable from 14 weeks up until birth, see you there!
