Festive Pregnancy Yoga

Service Description

Join Victoria Louise for a cosy evening of pregnancy yoga, connection and time for a festive snack, drink and chat! This is open to anyone who is currently in our cohort, or anyone new who wants to come along and see what we are all about. Suitable for anyone from 14 weeks, no previous yoga (or exercise!) experience necessary. Only 10 spaces available so do book to avoid missing out!
