Our in person group course takes place in Long Eaton at Evolve Injury Clinic but we also offer online private courses on request.

Twelve Moons Pregnancy Yoga is a lovely way to support your body through the changes of pregnancy, while preparing emotionally and physically for birth and new parenthood. We focus on gentle yoga-based movements, specifically targeted at soothing general pregnancy aches and pains as well as breathing exercises, active birth movements, mediation, work on optimal foetal positioning and we always do a lovely long relaxation at the end so you will leave each session feeling super calm and happy!
Classes are in Beeston, Monday evenings at Manor Arts
and Thursday evenings at Little Foxes Playtown. Suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy up until birth, no previous yoga experience required.

We run seasonal retreats, both pre and postnatal at different times of the year in lovely local venues. Our retreats are dedicated to providing you with the time and space to breathe, relax, stretch and be pampered and fed!
