Twelve Little Moons - Kids Yoga 

COLLABORATION, COMMUNICATION, CONFIDENCE AND CALM

Twelve Little Moons Kids Yoga is a movement and mindfulness programme which focuses on developing functional and motor skills in children, encouraging a positive mindset, nurturing good mental health, while complementing many of the curriculum aspects. Movement and mindfulness improve balance, strength, endurance and aerobic activity and a growing body of research also shows us that regular movement and balance in school age children helps improve focus, memory, self-esteem, academic performance and even classroom behaviour. Taught with mindfulness, it can even reduce stress and anxiety in children, leading to improved mental health.
